What does “100% Fresh, 0% Frozen” actually mean? It means the seafood you receive has never been frozen at any point. We source our fish in the early morning hours directly from the boats. While supermarkets often sell “thawed” fish, we only sell seafood that has remained chilled (but never frozen) since it left the water.
Where do you source your seafood from? We prioritize local UAE waters for regional favorites like Hammour and Sheri. For international delicacies like certain Lobsters or Salmon, we use trusted global partners who air-freight the catch immediately under strict temperature controls to ensure it meets our “Never Frozen” standard.
Is your seafood organic? We specialize in organic-grade seafood, meaning our products are free from hormones, antibiotics, and artificial preservatives. It is as close to nature as it gets.
Delivery & Logistics
Where do you deliver? We currently provide rapid delivery services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
How do you keep the fish fresh during delivery in the UAE heat? We use specialized, temperature-controlled delivery vehicles maintained at a strict 0-2°C. Our packaging is designed to maintain this “cold chain” until the moment it reaches your doorstep.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time? Since we rely on the daily morning catch, deliveries usually take place within specific windows to ensure the shortest time from boat to kitchen. You can select your preferred delivery slot during checkout.
Orders & Payments
What are your payment options? We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure local payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Can I customize my order (e.g., cleaning, gutting, or filleting)? Yes! Our expert team can clean, descale, and cut your fish according to your preference. Simply leave a note in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout or contact our 24/7 support.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives? Because our seafood is highly perishable, we recommend someone be available to receive it. If you aren’t home, our driver will contact you. We cannot leave fresh seafood outside in the heat for food safety reasons.

I’m not sure how to cook what I bought. Can you help? Absolutely! We provide 24/7 expert support. You can contact us via WhatsApp or the website for professional cooking tips, temperature guides, and recipe suggestions for any item in our shop.
How long can I keep the fish in my fridge? Since our fish is 100% fresh, it can typically be stored in a standard refrigerator (at 0-4°C) for 1–2 days. For the best culinary experience, we recommend cooking it on the day of delivery.
Returns & Quality
What if I’m not happy with the quality? We provide a 100% Freshness Guarantee. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it with the driver immediately for a replacement or refund. Due to health regulations, claims must be made within 4 hours of delivery.
